Numfor island located in the western island of Biak, in the middle between Biak and Manokwari-an island with pristine natural beauty. Numfor Island has dozens of excellent sites for snorkeling and swimming are very popular foreign tourist. Two of the best beach locations include beaches on the west Asaibori Numfor and Pakreki Beach in the south.
From Kameri Numfor Island tourists can hire a motor boat to visit the island Manem who have a very beautiful panorama. The island is also a habitat for various birds and there are remnants of World War 2 owned by the Japanese army. Namfor Island does not have accommodation facilities for tourists. Tourists who come to this island to stay in villagers' homes if previously contact the village head in Kameri or Yemburwo.
